This Shipping Policy explains how ID Records (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles the packing, dispatch and delivery of orders placed on idrecords.net and idrecords.ch. We aim to prepare and hand your order to our carrier within 1–2 business days of receipt (orders placed after 14:00 CET, on weekends or Swiss holidays will be processed the next business day), and delivery time-frames vary by destination and carrier—but typically range from one to several business days in Europe or longer for overseas shipments. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, and may be waived when you meet our free-shipping threshold. International orders may incur import duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by customs, which are your responsibility; we cannot mark parcels as gifts or undervalue contents.
While we work with reliable carriers, delays due to customs, weather or other factors beyond our control can occur—estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. If your package is returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid fees, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense or refund the merchandise less shipping. For lost or damaged items, please email us at idrecords@idrecords.net within 7 days of the “delivered” date with your order number and a brief description, and we will assist with claims and, once approved, offer a replacement or refund. You may request address changes or order cancellations before shipment by contacting the same email; if your order has already shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
