Remixed from the original three-track tapes at Sony Music Studios, using a Presto all-tube, three-track recorder.

Some copies came two hype stickers: silver 'Miles 75 Anniversary' sticker and yellow 'Jazz Masterpiece' sticker.

From page three of the booklet, "All compositions by Miles Davis", which is used in the Credits section. The Tracklist uses the unlinked Written By to reflect subsequently available information, including from Miles Davis' website, which acknowledges Evans to be co-author on "Blue in Green" and "Flamenco Sketches".
